JUDGING
The judges assess Men’s Physique from the hair down.
Shape, balance, and proportion is, of course, the primary requirement as in all categories.
As well as shape, balance, and proportion, men’s physique are judged on their presentation including skin condition and tone as well as facial features.
The judges are looking for a healthy look rather than extreme conditioning and muscularity.
This is not a “bodybuilder in shorts” category, it’s more a “model with muscle” category.
I WALK
The competitor should walk from off the side of the stage to the centre back of the stage and perform one pose and then walk directly to the centre of the stage in front of the judges and should do up to 7 of the compulsory poses with smooth transitions.
ATTIRE
The shorts should be to knee length and not tight on the quads. They can be of any colour to enhance the look of the physique. Avoid big logos.
